Whether you are installing a new lawn or repairing an existing lawn slice seeding is the preffered method for planting new grass plants.

Slice seeding creates slits in the soil which provides greater soil to seed contact to improve germination rates.

We recommend any seeding be done in the fall when conditions are favorable for turf growth.
